Position:

*This position will be remote with no travel due to Covid-19. The permanent position will be in office with 25% travel*

HBS Systems is seeking qualified candidates to train and support our clients on our Dealership Management System software. Our packaged software includes Payroll, Point of Sale Invoicing, Inventory Management, Full Accounting (A/R, A/P, General Ledger), Service and Rental modules. The Training and Support Specialist identifies customer business needs, advises and assists the customer in implementing solutions by serving as an intermediary between customer's business and software developers. Trains customer and staff regarding implementation and ongoing use of customized software systems. The TS will handle customer accounts, incoming support calls, troubleshoot reported issues, and provide assistance/training via the phone and at the client locations.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least five years payroll experience. Payroll certification preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel overnight. 25% travel required
  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper for small business or managing a large parts inventory is preferred.
  • Must possess proven customer communication and interaction skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and courteously.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision and also as part of a team
  • Must have clear oral and written communications skill
  • Agricultural, Construction, Truck, Auto or Power Sports Dealership experience helpful
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

As a Continuous Service Improvement Lead for CCB Digital Core and Middleware you will be responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on improving stability across the production environment resulting in a world class experience for our customers on an always available environment. An SRE mindset is required with a goal of scalable and highly reliable systems for our customers.


Key responsibilities:
  • Identify service improvements by analyzing incident metrics and trends
  • Establish strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Perform root cause analysis in partnership with the Problem Management team
  • Prepare and present oral and written communication and presentations and interact and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Partner with Level 2 Support and Application Development team to deliver service improvements that will reduce number of incidents, impact to customers, and time to recover

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience


  • Minimum of 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
  • Experience implementing ITIL/service management strategy and processes
  • Experience managing continual improvements to technology services in organizations
  • Experience in managed services and service delivery environment
  • Experience with designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement
  • Experience with hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs
  • Experience with designing remediation plans to address recurring incident themes and toil
  • Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and collaborative teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience in fostering and growing a strong engineering culture in an agile and SRE environment
  • Experience with the whole project life cycle and able to operate in each stage

The Service Desk Representative is responsible for support of hardware, software and Office 365 support. As a Service Desk Representative you are the front line in support of Insight Customers. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Associates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.


What you’ll do at Insight
  • Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests including in person, queue calls (phone), e-mails, Chat, web forms, or client tracking/ticketing databases.
  • Respond to all Customer requests in timely and professional manner.
  • Instruct end users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, and/or reference materials.
  • Assist with all aspects of technical support, including on-site visits as needed.
  • Data entry (management of data) -accurately prioritize, categorize, track and log calls, tickets, chats, etc. following client or internal tracking protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware/software, password resets, Microsoft operating systems, security, desktop applications, and peripherals.
  • Research/troubleshoot issues using the tools available.
  • Navigate internal/external reference support materials.
  • Proactively following up on all open issues.
  • Work closely with other team members to identify and suggest resolutions and improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to join Insight
  • Two-year Associate Degree (field related) or equivalent experience required.
  • Must have a minimum of one year helpdesk experience in a corporate environment, two years preferred with working knowledge of Office 365
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware/software concepts.
  • This position requires extensive working knowledge of hardware/software concepts, including Microsoft products and network/account management tools.
  • Must be able to diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator issues.
  • Related certifications including Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), A+, Network +, preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
  • Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence a must.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other teammates required.
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
