Summary

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Sales Representative with a background in Durable Medical Equipment Sales or Home Health Equipment Sales or Respiratory Sales or Hospital Sales or Healthcare Sales or Medical Sales to grow our business. Position is responsible for revenue growth and the marketing of core services and products; and for ensuring that the referral sources receive the highest quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Becomes an expert on reimbursement guidelines for Rotech products and communicates them to referral sources and physicians
  • Conducts daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources in the medical community
  • Develops sales territory call strategies to qualify new and maintain existing accounts to grow the business
  • Builds relationships with patients, caregivers, and referral sources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other professionals in the medical community
  • Follows weekly call plan and enters completed sales calls using the Weekly Call Planner and Call Report
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns
  • Meets and/or exceeds a monthly sales quota
  • Partners with location management and staff as well as other Rotech departments within to drive sales growth
  • Performs other related duties as directed by Sales and Management
  • Sells Rotech Healthcare's respiratory equipment including Noninvasive ventilation and Home Oxygen to potential and existing referral sources

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

Education and/or Experience

  • Four year college degree is required
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
  • Leadership Experience in other areas or fields

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, with physicians, location employees and patients to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner

  • Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)

Regional Sales Manager- Atlantic Region

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing the business development, sales of OptiCool products and services targeting Colocation, Data Centers, Enterprise Customers, Edge Computing, and Prospective Manufacturer Representatives, Referral Partners, Channel Partners, and Authorized Service Providers across the Atlantic Region which includes Alabama, DC, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. The core markets in this geography are Atlanta, Charlotte, and Northern Virginia.

The position demands the building and managing of relationships with key decision makers, influencers, engineers, and contractors.

  • Establish relationships and win new business with and support key Data Center/Colocation Providers, Enterprise Customers and other key strategic accounts, engineers, contractors, manufacturer reps, referral partners and channel partners in the Atlantic Region with a specific focus on the Northern VA/DC corridor, Atlanta, and Charlotte. This person may be asked to assist other regional managers periodically for opportunities in the core geography.
  • Evangelize OptiCool products and solutions explaining their value proposition, capabilities and technology to prospective clients and influencers. Promote and drive opportunities. Identify deals in their early stages and manage those deals all the way through closure and delivery.
  • Create, prepare and conduct training for engineers and contractors to educate them on the OptiCool value proposition and to sell OptiCool products where applicable.
  • Direct involvement with OptiCool end-user prospects/customers at all levels of their organization with a special focus (approximately 50%) on Data Center and Colocation Providers such as Cyrus One, Digital Realty, Element Critical, Raging Wire, Stream and others.
  • Interact with OptiCool product management, engineering and other OptiCool management and departments.
  • Interact with application engineering on designing solutions to meet client identified requirements.
  • Interact with Directors and VPs to share beneficial information regarding management of key strategic accounts.
  • Drive engagement at a local level and help with account mapping sessions. Work with other OptiCool sales teams in a coordinated and strategic approach.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Relevant Military Experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, HVAC, Data Center, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of Sales Experience (Data Center Industry a plus).
  • A willingness to develop and sell new opportunities as well as service existing relationships.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com/CRM, and Word required.
