Jill Jacobs Bookkeeping (JJB) is growing, and we are excited to add a bookkeeper to our team!

JJB provides bookkeeping services for startups, and small to medium size businesses in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Our rates are affordable and designed to help businesses get the professional services they need to establish a strong financial foundation.

Responsibilities:

· Process payroll and remit related taxes and filings.

· Accounts Payable/Receivable.

· Perform data processing functions including posting transactions and journal entries.

· Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts.

· Direct communication with clients via email and phone.

Qualifications:

Required

· QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

· Basic knowledge of standard accounting practices.

· Stripe, Square, Shopify, PayPal and Etsy knowledge.

· Experience working with multiple clients.
