The Role:

As Business Development Representative - Medium Business, you will be leading the drive to service and sales within the B2B (medium/enterprise business) environment. This is a great opportunity for seasoned, customer centric sales professional to be part of one of the strongest sales teams within the company.


You will have an opportunity to partner with other subject matter experts and professionals who are truly passionate about what they do. Reporting directly to the Team lead – Business development, you will be a key player of the sales team accountable for prospecting new business relationships and deploying the vision and strategic roadmap for key customers.


As a member of the sales team, you have a proven track record for translating a large organization’s strategic plan and priorities into relevant, high impact, and effective solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographical sales area and travel to the various client sites to maintain and enhance long term client relationships
  • Partner with Account Executives to set up service level expectations of new customer accounts
  • The opportunity to manage the relationships of key strategic B2B accounts
  • Proactively participate in the up-selling and raising awareness of various Bell products and services
  • Actively follow up on sales leads from various sales support teams
  • Partner with cross functional teams to enter customer orders, deliver hardware to customers and conduct hardware training as required
  • Have direct accountability for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, through optimization of retention results
  • Lead adhoc projects / initiatives that bring about change and/or improve the business all in an effort to improve churn while managing costs
  • Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations to various audiences to influence the Loyalty and Retention Program


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 1 - 3 years experience in B2B account management or client relationship management
  • Possess an insatiable desire to service the customer and act as a business consultant or solution provider
  • Experienced in resolving customer issues
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful
  • Strong ability to partner with cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Possess a strong competitive desire to sell
  • Be a positive, organized and motivated individual
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Skilled in Excel and Power Point - Intermediate level
  • Telecom sales experience would be ideal

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

The Group Sales Manager is accountable for growing the business and people within one or more specialized merchandise departments inside a Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s retail location. The GSM will lead world class customer service and operational delivery by developing and engaging Outfitters daily in all facets of department operations including, merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, staff selection and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed all financial plans.
  • Execute all sales events plans.
  • Acts as Manager on Duty and opens / closes the store.
  • Maintain planograms.
  • Maintain all standards of cleanliness and safe work.
  • Staff the departments with “service” oriented Outfitters; participates in interviewing and selection, coordinates training, reviews and evaluates team member performance, prepares weekly work schedules, coaches and motivates Outfitters to promote positive customer relations and a productive team-oriented work environment.
  • Resolves customer and Outfitter issues.
  • Carries out management functions in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management with responsibility for sales and merchandising.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to read and analyze relevant reports and data.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to understand a variety of other financial, compliance, workplace safety and/or technical information.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from others.
  • Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Strong knowledge of/ability to learn with various office technology and software applications which relate to a retail business.
  • Ability to obtain a Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.).
