The role:

The Supply Center Business Development Manager will report directly to the Sr Manager, Supply Center Business Development within corporate eBusiness. In this role, you will drive channel revenue growth through expansion of new Supply Center locations within a regional territory to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible and accountable for meeting or exceeding our Supply Center KPIs for You will work directly with our customers, eBusiness leaders, divisional commercial teams, corporate and divisional marketing teams to educate and drive adoption of the Supply Center channel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for meeting and/or exceeding the Supply Center AOP and associated KPIs.
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify and implement new stocking solutions in strategic locations with tangible opportunity for business growth.
  • Drive implementation of the Supply Center GTM e-strategy alongside global and regional commercial leadership
  • Perform market analysis to drive regional understanding, customer needs and potential areas for growth
  • Exhibit a strong ability to develop trusted and valued relationships with major decision makers, clarify goals, and reach agreements.
  • Operate with a continuous improvement mindset and effectively manage team expenses
  • Training and application of digital capabilities to internal and external customers
  • Any other related tasks which are deemed relevant to the role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree in a scientific or business discipline required.
  • Sales experience and/or business development with experience within eCommerce, Business-to-Business or other digital disciplines.
  • Results oriented, metrics driven individual with a root cause determination, remediation and continuous improvement approach
  • Experience with technical analysis, including the ability to discover and recommend solutions, define business impacts and provide analysis and enhancements.
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communications
  • Effective negotiator with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and work across matrixed organization
  • Strong technical and working knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
  • Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross functional and virtual teams
  • A high level of integrity and principles that embrace transparency
  • Willingness and ability travel at least 25-30%

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity based at our Central Belt location. As a Driver Team Leader your role is essential to assist with the smooth running of the Hub and Drivers to which you are assigned. Working closely and providing support to the Regional and National Transport Manager. Maintaining the highest level of service to our customers by ensuring all runs are covered, arranging cover where necessary. Attending hub visits and encouraging other drivers to attend.

The role:

  • Effectively managing the team of drivers of the Hub to which you are assigned.
  • Liaising with the Regional and / or National Transport Manager with any issues.
  • Manage the Vehicle Maintenance process, including Pre-Operation Checks and Defect procedure.
  • Arranging recovery vehicles during breakdown, and where required rental vehicles.
  • Manage the Holiday Plan for the Hub, provide National Transport Supervisor with this information.
  • Responsible for arranging cover for van runs during times of absence.
  • Managing sickness absence, completing Return to Work interviews, returning the appropriate paperwork to HR and monitoring poor sickness / attendance by use of Bradford Absence Management Policy.
  • Monitor Hub Health and Safety report any issues to the Safety and Security Supervisor at Dumfries.
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of all customer returns from the Hub to Dumfries.
  • Ensure all customer returns are safely and securely packaged for return to Dumfries.
  • Monitor hub damages and provide feedback and follow up actions.
  • Insure all drivers scan to van and at POD.
  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Carry out Performance Management Reviews with all drivers.
  • Responsible for regular communication and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in recruitment process for relief or full time drivers.
  • Maintains awareness and understanding of how the department impacts customers, both internal & external, and the department’s overall impact on the operation.
  • Aids the business where required.
  • Ensures that the business succeeds by providing the highest level of Customer Service at all times.


  • You will have previous experience of a customer facing role along with previous delivery driving responsibilities
  • Experience of multiple drops when delivering. Ability to navigate to new and unfamiliar locations easily.
  • Experience of managing a team and route planning

  • Full Clean UK Driver's license

Position Summary:
The M·A·C Artist represents the image, products and culture of the company to the customer.
Their primary responsibility is customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communication skills and artistic abilities.

1. Customer Service & Sales

Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all customers at all times

Demonstrate effective communication skills, listen to the customer, ask questions, investigate preferences and make the experience interactive

Suggest groups of appropriate products and colours to meet and exceed customers’ needs

Assist customers with product and services selection and information

Perform professional and appropriate makeup applications to achieve the look the customer desires

Inform customers of available services, MAC consciousness programs and philosophies

Obtain customer data for MAC Addict book or other client list as required

On closing the sale, thank the customer and invite the customer to a future visit

3. Maintaining Work Environment

Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day’s business

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Maintain tester units in proper schematic order, replace products once authorised by a manager

Replace any broken or damaged products (authorised by a Manager)

Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock rooms and all stock holding areas

Inform management of any store maintenance or Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents

4. Administrative Assistance Activities

Assist with inventory counts

Be responsible for booking demos and lessons

Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling of cash and assets

5. Assist in Inventory Management

Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels throughout the day

Communicate low on stock and out of stocks to the Retail Manager

Assist in the proper rotation of stock
6. Adhering to the company policies and continually setting an example in customer service, dress code and the professional standards expected by MAC
